I Have bought a new iPad Pro...but I don't have FaceTime in my iPad Pro
Please tell me how to find or reinstall

On the device, open Settings, General, and then About. If the model number has ABm AE, or possibly AH just before the slash, it won't have FaceTime in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, or any country outside the Middle East; only SIM cards for certain Middle Eastern carriers enable it. Otherwise, check the device’s restrictions.

Yes I bought it from AE. And I checked as you described model number has AE before the slash.
what can I do now....I have tried to down load but I couldnt get it.
I Have other devices iPhone and MacBook they both have FaceTime and I don't have any problem with them.
Is there any other way to have FaceTime on my new iPad
